There was an error I called and they fixed it and I had new tags within 5 days. Ordered dog tags for a summer girls camp. Posted by Tammie McCammon on Jun 07, 2021 So I had to spend an hour or so going through all the tags and separating them out. I got 2 boxes with all 2000 tags in 2 bags instead of 5 bags. The only thing they could have done better would have been to separate the 5 types of tags (400 of each) into 5 separate bags. I did not receive a 'proof' of the tags before they made them. Delivery was about 10 days from when the order was placed (which seems reasonable to me). We ordered 5 sets of 400 tags for a total of 2000. Overall I am very happy with the dog-tags we ordered.
